Chocolate Fox holds a Professional” and “Master” designation from École Chocolat in Vancouver, BC, and has completed advanced training at Valrhona’s École de Grand Chocolat in Tain-l’Hermitage, France, the French Pastry School and Felchlin Condorama, in Schwyz, Switzerland.
